Not only do we recruit doctors that are experts in their fields, but we also work to make sure that every employee that works in our Clinic is an expert at his or her job. This includes providing training and a work environment that allows our employees to be the best possible. One of our goals is to do everything possible to increase the value that our patients receive from our services. This equation demonstrates that providing our patients with the greatest value means providing the best quality care at the lowest cost possible. Even with the recent increase in costs of medical care, we are still trying to provide the best value to our patients.
An example of the way that we try increase your value is the way that we view our patients' time. We know that your time is valuable, and we try to provide services that demonstrate our acknowledgement of the value of your time. Our labs are open at 7:00am for those that want to come in before work. By providing most immunizations, lab work, and X-rays in our Main Clinic, we allow our patients to have their healthcare needs taken care of with one visit to the Columbus Clinic. We continue to strive to provide you the valuable and efficient health care.
Compassion
Many people talk about the "healthcare industry", but the Columbus Clinic does not consider medical care a business. We view medicine as a noble profession, and we believe that compassion is what separates the business from the profession. We want each provider and every employee to treat each other and our patients with dignity and respect. By demonstrating dignity and respect, we hope that our patients notice the compassion that is so crucial to our profession.
Comfort
We believe that prevention is a very important part of our job at the Columbus Clinic. We do everything possible to try to prevent healthcare problems, not simply solve them once they have occurred.
