When you come to your scheduled appointment, please try to bring all of your medications with you. If you have been provided a medication card, please make sure it is updated and bring it with you. The medication card is designed to be carried with you at all times. Your physician needs to know exactly what medications you are currently taking to ensure that any additional medications are appropriate. Your pharmacy should call the Columbus Clinic to request medication refills.
